Fantastic! We loved the atmosphere and the cocktail party in the manor house prior to dinner is a unique and elegant experience. It seems they’ve landed an amazing chef out there! Every bite was a pleasure. The crab salad was delicate and tasty. The squash soup was thick and flavorful. I had the filet and it was cooked perfectly. Although I’m a fan of a traditional lemon sorbet intermezzo, the butterscotch ice was a nice surprise. As a total desert nut, I tend to be the pickest at the end of the meal, and the yule log did not disappoint. The waiter was efficient, pleasant and professional and he had a thorough knowledge of wines for pairings. The chef stopped by the table, which is always a nice touch.

The food, wine list, service and ambience of The Smokehouse Restaurant at Antrim 1844 are all superb. My wife and I have celebrated our wedding anniversary at a number of excellent venues over the years with the last three at Antrim. God willing, we will do so again next year for our 46th.
