Antrim 1844’s Smokehouse Restaurant Welcomes Executive Chef Spencer Wolff


Antrim 1844 is pleased to announce the arrival of Chef Spencer Wolff as the new Executive Chef at Antrim 1844's Smokehouse Restaurant. He joins the team at Antrim after holding the reigns as the Executive Chef at The Hyatt Regency Schaumburg-Chicago, The Hamilton Hotel in Washington, DC and the Chanler Hotel in Newport, RI. Spencer brings a unique style of Contemporary American cuisine, which is highlighted by his use of local and seasonal ingredients. He combines the classics with trending techniques to create imaginative and whimsical dishes. Chef Wolff has had the luxury of working with some of the world's top chefs, such as Stephanie Tournie at Chateau de Brindos in Biarritz, France, Sarah Stegner of the Ritz-Carlton Chicago, and Paul Wildermuth of Red Light, also in Chicago. Chef Wolff is a graduate of Southern Illinois University with a degree in Architecture and holds a degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.
