Designing Your Menu
Menu consultations are not available for all weddings. Please contact your wedding coordinator to confirm availability with your event.
When should I set up my consultation with the chef to design my menu?
Approximately six months before your wedding.
What happens at the menu consultation?
Menu consultations take approximately one hour. You will have a private one-on-one discussion with the executive chef and together you will design your ideal wedding menu.
Is the menu consultation the same as the tasting dinner?
No, you will not try food the first time you meet with the chef. After you have designed your menu, your wedding coordinator will contact you to schedule your tasting. During the consultation you will discuss any allergies or dietary restrictions of your guests, likes and dislikes, wedding cake and possible after party snacks, etc.
What evenings can I come in for my tasting dinner?
Menu tastings can be scheduled for Tuesday through Friday evenings (excluding holidays and blackout dates.)
What time is dinner served?
Hors d'oeuvres begin between the hours of 6:30 to 7:30 PM depending upon available seatings.
How many can attend the tasting?
Two meals are complimentary at your tasting, excluding taxes, gratuity and beverages. You are welcome to invite additional guests for an additional charge of $72 per person (taxes, gratuity and beverages are additional). Please notify your coordinator when making your reservation of the number of guests who will be attending.
