The Barn has been restored to include two guest rooms (the Loft & the Sleigh). This building is original to the property and was originally the storage building of the horses and livestock. The Barn overlooks a beautiful stream.

The Cottage was originally the post house for the plantation master (and is shown above). All of the town's business transactions took place here because of the location off the main road between York and Westminster.

All rooms have clock radios, CD players and hair dryers.
To preserve the Country House atmosphere, there are no telephones in the individual guest rooms.
Only rooms where noted have televisions, Complimentary Wireless Internet access is available in all buildings except the Barn, Cottage and Ice House.
Wood-burning fireplace season is November through mid-April.

Rates are based on double occupancy. Maximum occupancy two adults over the age of 18. Additional charge of $50 per child under 18 years of age per night in specified rooms.
To help ensure that all of our guests have a pleasurable experience (due to allergies) we do not allow pets.
Reservation Deposit and Cancellation Policy
The deposit is non-refundable, but if you notify us ten days prior to your arrival date you can then transfer your deposit to another night's stay. If you cancel within ten days prior to your arrival date the deposit becomes non-transferrable. If you cancel within twenty-four hours from your arrival date, we reserve the right to charge the full night's stay if we are unable to book your room.
A deposit of $50 is required for each night of your reservation, however reservations beginning on either a Friday or Saturday night require a deposit of $100 for the first night.
