Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Children 12 and over are welcome. All rooms have clock radios, CD players and hair dryers. To preserve the Country House atmosphere, there are no telephones in the individual guest rooms. Only rooms where noted have televisions. Complimentary WiFi is available in all buildings except the Barn, Cottage and Ice House. Wood-burning fireplace season is November through mid-April. Room rates are subject to change without prior notice. Rates are based on double occupancy. Maximum occupancy two adults over the age of 18. Additional charge of $50 per child under 18 years of age per night in specified rooms. To help ensure that all of our guests have a pleasurable experience (due to allergies) we do not allow pets. Reservations for Leisure bookings are only available for 4 months from date of arrival. Reservation Deposit and Cancellation Policy The deposit is non-refundable, but if you notify us ten days prior to your arrival date you can then transfer your deposit to another night's stay. If you cancel within ten days prior to your arrival date the deposit becomes non-transferrable. If you cancel within twenty-four hours from your arrival date, we reserve the right to charge the full night's stay if we are unable to book your room.
