Antrim 1844 maintains a selection of books and magazines as well as playing cards and a selection of board games for the enjoyment of our guests. Most of these are available in the second-floor Library in the Mansion.

Open during the warm-weather months, the Black-Bottomed Swimming Pool is open from 9:00am – 8:00pm. There is no lifeguard on duty; swimming is at your own risk.

The tennis court has an all-weather surface and is available by reservation through the Front Desk, weather permitting, from 9:00am – 8:00pm. Guests may provide their own racquets and balls, but we try to keep a limited supply on hand through the Front Desk.

Guests are welcome to use the putting green during the daylight hours. Putters and balls are available from the Innkeepers at the Front Desk.

The Croquet CourtAntrim 1844 maintains a championship croquet layout on an all-weather surface and the Front Desk will furnish guests with mallets and balls for play year-round during daylight hours. (Management is not responsible for any bloodletting or mayhem carried out by guests within the confines of the croquet pitch!)
